The 21st edition of the Arab Media Forum, which commenced today, is shining the spotlight on the unique culinary concepts and delicious creations of some remarkable homegrown businesses from the ‘Proudly from Dubai’ network.
Nine of Dubai’s most-loved homegrown food outlets and cafes have brought a range of their best-selling and mouth-watering dishes, desserts and popular coffee blends to the region’s largest media gathering being held from 26-27 September.
An initiative of Brand Dubai, the creative arm of the Government of Dubai Media Office (GDMO), ‘Proudly from Dubai’ highlights the success stories of businesses born and initiated in Dubai. It aims to tell the story of innovation and creativity shaping Dubai’s business and entrepreneurial culture.
In the spotlight at AMF 2023 is a unique robotic kiosk, Xbot Café. This innovative café has been captivating attendees with its diverse range of offerings, including hot and iced coffee, hot chocolate, ice cream with customisable toppings, snacks, and a variety of tea options. Notably, Xbot Café stands out as the only talking robotic kiosk equipped with AI speech recognition.
Other culinary destinations adding a delectable dimension to the 21st edition of the Arab Media Forum include Birch, which is offering an array of sumptuous breakfast options and expertly crafted pastries and Odd Job, which is catering to coffee aficionados with its meticulously brewed coffee and a delightful selection of Matcha beverages. For those with a sweet tooth, Trois is combining a delightful coffee experience with tempting dessert offerings. Gonuts is tempting taste buds with creative and flavour-packed donuts. Culinary Boutique is presenting an exquisite assortment of food items and desserts, while Wise Guys is crafting mouthwatering sandwiches.
Additionally, Fifth Flavor is offering a unique twist on traditional flavours with its Asian Baos, and Mitts and Trays is serving up a tantalising array of food items and desserts that showcase culinary artistry at its finest.
